If you are on a subclass 570,571,572 or 573 visa you can apply for RSA Online. 
If you are on a subclass of your Work Holiday visa or a subclass of your Working Holiday Visa, you can apply for RSA Online.
If you or anyone you know are intending to apply for a subclass 500 visa, you must ensure that you complete our course in your country before you apply for your visa and come to Australia. If you are currently on a subclass 500 visa and want to apply for RSA ONLINE, you won't be able to complete the course as per current Australian regulations.
