Q&A with Inge who is currently studying on the Gold Coast

As part of our Q&A series, Study Online Australia had the pleasure of speaking to Inge, who recently moved to Australia from the Netherlands.

She is currently studying carpentry on the Gold Coast. 

We spoke to Inge about her experience living in Australia so far and asked for her top tips on studying down under.

What inspired you to apply for a student visa?

I decided to study in Australia because I wanted something different. It's so exciting to be around different people in a different country and learning new things. It’s the best decision I’ve ever made!

What have you loved about Australia so far?

I love that my course is preparing me for my future career. Working placement hours and getting real life experience (all while learning) is a great opportunity. 

How did Study Online Australia help you to find the right course?

Study Online Australia's director Pavla has been absolutely amazing. She found the right course for me in the right area. She made sure it was the type of course I was after and that it was something that will give me the outcome I need. ​

How did you find the student visa process?

The student application process was easy because of Pavla. She took the stress of it away and was able to sort out everything I needed. 

What advice would you give to readers dreaming of studying down under?

DO IT! You won’t regret it, it’s an amazing life experience!
